Comox Valley Road Runners

We have a huge, very social community of runners and walkers of all abilities in the Comox Valley.  If you are a runner or walker, you’ll find plenty of people to show you around our valleywide network of trails.

Extreme Runners New in town? Just visiting? Drop in to Extreme Runners on 5th street to find out about group runs in the area.

Join us for Thursday Night Trails (TNT) – our hugely popular regular Thursday event from April to September. Meet at Extreme Runners to carpool to the trailhead of the week. After starting out several years ago with about 14 runners and walkers, we now regular get a minimum of 75 joyful runners, run/walkers and walkers.

Volunteers guide groups of walkers and runners (of all speeds and ability) through some of the most scenic trails in the Comox Valley.  It’s FREE and you won’t get lost. Also, you’re likely to make several dozen new friends! Every few weeks we have a potluck dinner afterwards.
